Cowboys Community United Monthly Membership
Welcome to Cowboys Community United! Our mission is to build a positive, respectful, and welcoming community for all members. By enrolling in a monthly membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership Benefits
Active members may be eligible for the following benefits, which may vary by membership tier:
Entry into member-only raffle selections.
Access to member-exclusive prizes and giveaways.
Special member gifts, when offered.
Access to eligible Cowboys Community United events and approved venues.
Additional member-only promotions and experiences as announced.
All benefits are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, suspended, or discontinued at the organization's discretion.
Community Standards
Cowboys Community United is committed to fostering a positive and respectful environment.
Members are expected to:
Treat all members, guests, staff, and partners with dignity and respect.
Promote positive energy, encouragement, and community involvement.
Refrain from discrimination, harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, violence, or disruptive behavior.
Discrimination, hostility, harassment, or conduct that negatively impacts the safety or experience of others will not be tolerated.
Violations of these standards may result in suspension or immediate revocation of membership without further participation in membership benefits or events.
Membership Revocation
Cowboys Community United reserves the right to suspend or revoke any membership when a member violates these terms, community standards, event policies, or applicable laws.
If membership is revoked:
Membership benefits immediately end.
Event access is terminated.
Eligibility for raffles, prizes, gifts, promotions, and future member benefits ends.
Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
To avoid the next monthly renewal charge, cancellation must be submitted at least thirty (30) days before the scheduled renewal date. If cancellation is received after that period, the next scheduled payment may still be processed, and membership will remain active through the applicable billing period.
Membership Upgrades & Downgrades
Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership tier, subject to availability.
Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the selected plan.
Downgrades generally become effective at the next renewal date.
Membership pricing and benefits vary by tier.
Benefit Limitations
Membership benefits are available only while a membership remains active and in good standing.
Benefits, including raffles, prizes, gifts, venue access, discounts, and exclusive experiences:
Have no cash value unless specifically stated.
Are non-transferable.
Cannot be redeemed after cancellation or revocation of membership.
May be subject to additional eligibility requirements or event capacity limits.
Raffles, Prizes & Gifts
Participation in raffles and promotional giveaways is available only to eligible active members. Winners will be selected according to the official rules for each raffle or promotion. Cowboys Community United reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value when necessary. If you are a raffle winner 2x within a 12 month period, as a CCUnited member you receive $1,000 USD AND you can choose another CCUnited member to transfer the prize to OR defer your win to another experience opportunity the next year(based on the date you joined as a CCUnited member).
Changes to Membership
Cowboys Community United may update membership benefits, pricing, policies, event access, or these terms from time to time. Continued membership after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Acceptance
By enrolling in or renewing a Cowboys Community United membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms & Disclaimer.
